  Liked: On the positive side, the location was good and the breakfast was okay. There wasn’t much variety, but at least the bread was fresh and the coffee was good.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience. There was mold in the bathroom, and the room had very poor ventilation. Without the air conditioning on or the window open, it was hard to stay in the room. But the worst part happened on our last night, when we were getting ready to leave for the airport. We saw cockroaches in the room. We hadn’t noticed them before, probably because we only used the room to sleep, and cockroaches are mostly active at night. Just thinking that they might have been crawling on us while we were sleeping during the previous nights is disgusting.

  A true gem as an accommodationnin Porto. It has everything a traveller could need!

  Liked: Comfortable, clean, central location with excellent access to the subway. Wonderful breakfast. Staff were warm and welcoming.

  wish I could have stayed longer

  Liked: excelllent breakfast, lots of choice and specialities of the area. thanks also for the written descriptions. location great: easy to get to the main areas by bus (stop less than 5 minutes away) or metro (5 minutes) Carolina Michaelis. The airport is on this metro line (E) and takes about 25 minutes to get there, which makes this guest house even more convenient. I appreciated being able to leave my suitcase for a while after check out. Lovely balcony to sit out on and work. Staff very friendly. I recommend eating at the Mill restaurant round the corner from the guesthouse.

For reservations with more than 3 rooms, we apply special group conditions which are as follows:

60 days before arrival, you must pay half the amount.

15 days before arrival, you must pay the remaining amount.

Any changes or cancelations, please contact the Guest House as soon as possible. There is no cancellation fee up to 60 days before arrival (for the entire group booking). It is possible to cancel 2 rooms up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after these dates or no-show, we will charge the full amount.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
