  actually charming

  Liked: The flair is nice and the overall vibe of the hotel is lovely. The staff is very welcoming and incredibly helpful and accommodating. The breakfast had warm and cold options alongside sweet and savoury ones. The child even stayed for free!

  Fabulous lodging in the heart of Gaia

  Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. The hotel looks like a regular residential building outside, but when you get inside it’s gorgeous. Beautifully designed, a garden (!), beautiful rooms with balconies overlooking the Porto side. I stayed in a room facing the garden and it was excellent. I will stay here again next time I’m in Porto. Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices. I love the “honesty bar” where you can grab drinks and snacks, fill out a form and hand to the front desk and they will add it to your bill. Genius!

  Disliked: A tad overpriced. The shower stall was tiny and the shower head/handheld didn’t work well. Nothing major.

  Really lovely hotel in a great location. All the staff were really friendly

  Liked: Excellent Hotel ina great location. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of food and a great selection.
