Liked: - Warm and welcoming staff - Great central location - Room was clean and comfy - Lots of lovely quirks, you can write a postcode to your future self and pick a date you would like it posted
Disliked: Nothing, we had an amazing stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone
Liked: It was a short walk into the centre the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice

Everything was just as expected—the room was a good size, clean, and nicely decorated with beautiful
Liked: The staff's warm and professional reception made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent, a short walk to the city center, but it faces a small park/parking lot, making it quite quiet at night. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The shower has only a half-glass partition, making it easier to getting wet; perhaps designed for aesthetic reasons, but it's just a minor problem. Since it's a carpet, paper slippers would be helpful.
Liked: The staff was very nice and the location was perfect. Our 6th floor suite also had an East and West view of Porto, which was amazing.
Disliked: I hate to be negative, but the two rooms we booked were not as clean as they could have been, to our great disappointment. And we really disliked the fact that the glasses were a bit cloudy, the tea/coffee cups were sticky, and the complimentary water, served in handsome glass bottles, was actually tap water and tasted awful. Breakfast was very basic. But the staff was lovely.

Liked: The room was welcoming with clever decor and lighting. The breakfast buffet was great with slight differences each day. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. A good selection of restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Although there was a parking available nearby it wasn’t explained we had to pay cash for the 2 days we left our car.
