  Very nice hotel! A few minor irritants that can easily be resolved. Would recommend. Great location!

  Liked: Very good location and very clean hotel. Modern amenities. Lots of space to store clothes.

  Disliked: Wifi was very spotty. Had to lower the thermostat a lot to get comfortable cool air.

  This hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the city and is a comfortable stay

  Liked: We enjoyed our stay at Eurostars. It was conveniently located in the center of Porto. The facilities were very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

  Disliked: The only complaint I have about the facility is the quirky bathroom layout. There is no privacy with the glass door and no exhaust fan to eliminate the odor. I love my husband but I don’t need to hear or smell his bathroom business.

  It was just ok. Location central. Hallway needed painting from water damage

  Disliked: Layout of the bathroom area. No free bottle water provided with the room. Staff wasn’t very friendly and welcoming.

  Uncomfortable room in a good location

  Liked: The hotel is centrally located and pretty high up; most places you would like to see will need only a gentle uphill climb. Breakfast was good.

  Disliked: We had one of the largest rooms with two beds and a sofa bed. Unfortunately, the design of the bathroom made our stay pretty uncomfortable. The bathroom was smallish and had no door, only the shower stall and the toilet had opaque glass doors. When coming out of the shower, the other person in the room could see you naked. At night, you had to go to the toilet in the dark as turning on the light would wake up the other people in the room. The A/C worked only at times while we were in the room and not at all during the night. The room was fairly hot even in September. The few shelves available were either too high or too low to reach.
