  Liked: Rita at check in was wonderful and helpful. Your cleaning staffs honesty about breaking my perfume bottle was truly appreciated. That was so nice that she took accountability for that and Rita said your hotel would reimburse me but it was just about empty and I should not have left that bottle on the sink. I was just so happy to know what happened....no imbursement needed. Her honesty was enough, accidents happen. ***** for her.
