  Liked: Apartment was as described,

  Disliked: There was a very strong smell of drains when we entered the apartment. We traced this to the shower/toilet room. I our opinion when the toilet is flushed the suction pulls water from the shower trap thus allowing vapour to enter the room. Possibly a plumbing issue from construction. Filled the trap with water seemed to stop the smell.

  Liked: The location is great, easy to get to most places. There is a metro station just outside.

  Disliked: The dishwasher is a bit past its best. Didn't really clean the dishes.

  Liked: Clean and comfortable. Checking available at 2am when our flight was delayed.

  Disliked: I received a lot of spam WhatsApp messages as their account was hacked and also lots of WhatsApp from them. We didn’t get the apartment with the address given on booking.com and the rooms had nowhere to store clothes

  Would book again well located & staff very helpful

  Liked: It is very well located apartment, we were able to easily walk to everywhere we needed to go. Bolhao market was right beside us. The beds were very very comfortable. Staff are very helpful in booking transfers & communicating via the WhatsApp.

  Disliked: There was a bad smell from one of the bathrooms which we did report & the showers weren’t great

  Liked: The information provided before the stay and the helpful staff at the welcome centre. The apartment had generous proportions, large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Fantastic location, just across the road from the covered markets. It was great to have a washing machine!

  Disliked: The dishwasher was showing signs of wear and tear, with a drawer that was hard to close. It is an old building, so occasionally, there was a smell or noise from the plumbing. These were only minor inconveniences.
