  Liked: Good location and spacious apartment

  Disliked: Difficult to communicate with the host. We booked 5 nights. We sent a message in regards to getting additional toiletry and a block and dirty bathroom sink. It took > 24 hours to get a response and the bathroom sink was never resolved or clean.

  Perfect location and almost perfect apartment - few touches needed like providing cleaning cloths, cleaning materials to

  Liked: Location was excellent. Apartment was good size and modern

  Disliked: Top floor, Lots of stairs and no lift - not easy getting suitcases up and down. Toilet seat needs replaced (stained badly) water lying in the toilet brush holder, no cloth in bathroom or kitchen to wipe down work surfaces.

  Liked: So basically the app had an error and I booked with a lower price and I got my reservation canceled a few hours before I was arriving in Porto and the only option given was to pay the difference, since the error was not mine I was hoping to get a better feedback from the owners wich didn’t happened

  Liked: Location was great & quiet despite being on the Main Street

  Disliked: There was no dishwasher (which is indicated on booking.com) but lots of dishwasher tablets available!!! Coffee machine available & jar full of coffee pods which were not fitting into the coffee machine No milk available 3 spare pillows (located 1 under bed & 2 in wardrobe) no covers On the balcony/terrace, 2 loungers but no cushions & only 1 chair Hall & stairs dirty I kept GuestReady informed of the above the whole of my stay but nothing was done about it
