  Disliked: With my booking I asked for room on higher floor with nice view, I also called several times before my stay and asked for this. I got room on FIRST FLOOR FACING UGLY WALL!!! Room was dark and it was extremely unpleasant and depressing for me. It would rate this room as the worst room I had during last twenty year of my extensive travel. My room category didn't come with robe, as it was often the case in many other hotels. But it was first time ever that when I asked for robe I was told that they will not provide one for me because of room category. All other hotels provide robe if you ask.

  Wonderful location in Porto with great rooms

  Liked: Great staff. Beautiful rooftop bar. The rooms were very comfortable. The location was fantastic!

  Excellent hotel and experience

  Liked: Very nice hotel. The room was very clean very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The staffs at reception are very helpful and kind. The welcome drink at the rooftop bar with a view was fabulous. There is always a fruit-infused water to drink at the reception. The highlight of everything is the breakfast, so many varieties to eat. Cakes and pastries are mouthwatering.

  Disliked: The only minus point is the lights in the room were very dimmed.

  It was a great and comfortable stay

  Liked: The staff was helpful and friendly. The room had comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. There were bars and restaurants close by, and it was walkable to all the sights in Porto.

  Liked: The hotel is perfectly situated, surrounded by everything you could need. The rooms are open, well-lit, and feature comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. The complimentary breakfast is definitely worth stopping by to fuel up for the day. Overall, a fantastic location!
