  Lovely people but not enough to make a return visit

  Liked: Close to old town and numerous restaurants Lovely staff

  Disliked: No storage space. One tiny wardrobe no drawers. Not enough for 2 people for 5 nights. Biggest issue no mattress or pillow protectors. Big no no for any establishment Could bear to look at the toilet brush Kettle didn’t work Took 15 minutes for any heat to get into the shower Roof top bar not open for snacks on 2 of the nights

  Liked: Location was nice.

  Disliked: My friend got turned away by the hotel. He had made a room reservation but he had to stay at another Porto hotel due to very unclear reasons. (overbooking)!? So it was very bad for us. No breakfast together, walk alone to and home from Porto activities and he got no compensation, just another room in a hotel 1,5 km away. Not handled in a good manner.

  Comfortable, well located and good value for money

  Liked: Well located and comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Carolina on reception. Good value for money.

  Disliked: The only thing I'd improve is the pillows, they were too soft. Nothing else though.
