  Apart from the poor ambience of the room, the location is great and the staff are friendly and helpful

  Liked: Great and convenient location.

  Disliked: The furnishings of the room are dull and dreary with stains found on the curtains of the window. The bathroom looks extremely dreary with poor paint works which looks like stains on its walls and flooring.

  Liked: Great location, close to the metro and many attractions! The staff were very helpful, especially with our luggage, and we appreciated their excellent hospitality. The only downside is that the building and bathroom are a bit old and could use some updating. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would recommend it for its convenient location and helpful staff. ❤️

  Liked: Good location. Breakfast included.

  Disliked: Dirty, not a well-maintained place. Cracked broken sink, stains on bedding. Extremely uncomfortable bed. Window doesn't latch closed. Breakfast has very limited options.

  Perfect stay for a city trip to Porto

  Liked: Location is amazing. Centralized in Bolhao area, close to the metro and also Bolhao market! Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Beds are good!
