  A fantastic stay in the heart of Porto!

  Liked: Title: A fantastic stay in the heart of Porto! ❤️ We absolutely loved our three-night stay at I Loft Porto! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of so many attractions, restaurants and cafés. What really stood out was the wonderful hospitality and communication. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive and helpful. They even arranged an early morning taxi for us to the bus station, which arrived right on time at 6:15 am! We genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. Porto stole our hearts, and I Loft Porto made our visit even more enjoyable. We would happily return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family!

  Disliked: everything---terrible going thru booking.com --- confusing situation with keys, codes etc. booking.com "agent" had limited connection to "owners" --- property was not clear to be Airbnb, which we would not normally do. situation was uncomfortable, confusing, chaotic, locked out of the apartment when we had family commitments elsewhere -- no facilities to leave bags. overall terrible situation, false advertising,

  Liked: Great location!

  Disliked: We had faulty air con when we arrived with water all over the floor, a technician was meant to come however never showed up so we asked to move rooms that evening. The staff always responded quickly and our new room was great.

  Bathroom of nightmares

  Liked: The staff was very quick to respond. I would say they are helpful but they didn't fix the issue we had until the last night which led us to have massive issues with the shower and toilet making it incredibly uncomfortable to use the bathroom. The location is very good.

  Disliked: The bathroom floor was very dirty. The shower was flooding the whole bathroom leading to us having to shower with the stream on very low making washing hair impossible. Additionally since it flooded the bathroom hair from the drain of strangers covered the floor. It was also very moldy. Additionally the toilet was clocked and we couldn't do any other business but peeing in the toilet as it just couldn't flush even with very little toilet paper used. We told the staff they came by the same day and told us they fixed both issues (the flooding and the clocked toilet) but it was not fixed. On the last day my partner used the toilet and it flooded the bathroom as the water wouldn't stop flowing and it couldn't escape down the toilet drain. Leading to the bathroom being covered in toilet water. We contacted the staff again and this time they actually fixed the issue. Too late as we left the next morning. It made the stay quite uncomfortable. The bed was very small for two people and the covers had a couple of stains.
