  Not worth the money

  Liked: Excellent breakfast. Amazing concierge, Roy, who spent a lot of time recommending restaurants, advising on travel, booking a sardine tour etc. The reception area is beautiful and certainly has the wow factor.

  Disliked: The staff. The woman usually on reception was frosty, no cheery greeting on arrival, and same from other staff when we returned. They locked the front doors at 11 didn’t tell us and we had to bang to be let in. A 5 star hotel should have a doorman. Bedrooms are small, no chair or desk and plastic light fittings.not even free water on offer.

  Disliked: On my booking.com filter, I had only hotel rooms with bath ticked. This hotel room had no bath. Otherwise, hotel and staff were excellent.

  Disliked: The room was very small and there is no lounge to relax in. Limited menu.

  Most enjoyable I would stay here again

  Liked: Everyone was very hospitable and went out there way to help you if needed. Beautiful property very well taken care of.
