  just perfect in all manners

  Liked: perfect location, excellent breakfast in requested time range, fluent communication.

  Disliked: Many fake text messages arrived before arrival from different numbers via WhatsApp. Even RFQ for payment 2 days before our departure. Be aware!!!

  Nice appartment in a great location

  Liked: Great location. Good double glazing for our 3rd floor appartment. Place is ageing but clean. Quick response to our request for extra towels and pillows.

  Disliked: Unpleasant smell in the bathroom when we arrived. They tried to come and sort out the problem and while it worked for a day or too, the smell came back.

  confortable place that was very clean with accommodating staff

  Liked: It was well located, clean and staff was very accommodating. It was nice to be able to leave luggage in office before room was ready.

  Disliked: a few things could be improved: hard to navigate the first step into the building especially for older people. second, the bathroom needs a grab bar in shower as well as some towel racks to hang wet towels. the hooks are too small and too few. Need a larger rubber bath mat or 2 for shower because it was very slippery.

  Had a wonderful stay in Porto and accommodation was superb!

  Liked: Everything. Great location, lovely apartment and furnished with everything needed. Hosts were very accessible and accommodating

  Great apartment

  Liked: Really lovely spacious apartment close to São Bento rail station and within walking distance of lots of restaurants. Clean and very comfortable

  Disliked: TV didn't work when I got back later in the evening.

  Liked: Good location

  Disliked: View from window wasn’t appealing. AC unit is very loud. Other guests can be heard easily through walls. Just 1 towel hanger in bathroom for 3 people. Breakfast was monotonous and preselected, would be good if there were options to choose from.
