  Liked: The staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly. Our room was great- so spacious. Lovely outdoor pool in the back garden Metro stop in the pretty square outside. Good value for money

  Beautiful all round

  Liked: Beautiful room and facilities. Staff were so welcoming and helpful, and we got some lovely complimentary items and a room upgrade which was a lovely surprise. We spent almost a week here and we felt very at home. The balcony provided us with a perfect view of the garden and pool and a beautiful sunrise every morning.

  We loved it

  Liked: Beautiful building and good facilities with exceptional staff and service.

  Disliked: A little grubby in places. Pool area and gardens could be so much more kept and cleaned. Entrance hall carpets are grubby and would be so much better if given a clean.
