  I'm a happy customer

  Liked: The hosts were so kind and accommodating, the space was massive and the location was close to what I needed (cafes and salons).

  Do not stay here, owner is very short tempered and refuses take any responsibility and to return any money despite refus

  Disliked: The owner refused to let us stay due to an error on his end for getting our information. He attempted to start cursing at my spouse in Portugese not realizing she also speaks the language so a very heated argument where he tried to blame her for everything came up and he took no responsibility. We are now working with booking.com to get a refund since the owner refused to let us stay. The agent from booking.com confirmed what he was telling us on what we should have done was false and not how the process works for checking in.

  Not happy could have got better stay in a hostal

  Disliked: When we got there after entering we went to get our belongings there was another lodger couldn't get in we couldn't get out for an hour, We booked a 3 single bed room We got a 4 children sized bunk beds matres with dipps in it unable to sit up no private bathroom which i asked for in our search, the single toilet didn't flush, the shower frame was all corroded, air conditioning only blew hot air and being in the basment level couldn't open any windows, 1 sink didnt work, when we woke in the morning there had been no electric sockets or lights had to shower in pitch black I also asked for parking when we arrived there was no parking for the apartments just street pay for parking free from 7pm to 9am

Guests who needs an invoice must request it 24 hours before check-in through Special Requests.

All requests for arrival after 14:00 are subject to confirmation by the property.

The apartment does not feature a washing machine but there is a laundry 656 ft from away property with washing and drying machines.

Please note that for stays of 7 nights or more, cleaning service will be provided once a week. Towels are changed every 3 days.

Please note that free parking is located 200 ft from the property.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
