  Horrible property all around

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: Everything. Horrible property and room. A nightmare trying to enter the building. Poor communication. And a pain in the ass to try and get the heat to come on. Absolutely worst property I have ever stayed at.

  It was not bad

  Liked: Location, room type.

  Disliked: Cleanliness could be better. Lyft can be claustrophobic but I don't think it's something the host can do anything.

  Liked: It had an elevator

  Disliked: No shelves in the shower to put our soap. Shampoo, conditioner..etc. bei g a smaller shower, it made it hard to grab it off the floor. Garabge can in the washroom was too small to dispose our waist.

  Liked: We had a great time in Porto, the room was very nice and we had everything we needed!

  Disliked: Our room was directly above the entrance, and it was very difficult to fall asleep at night because of the loud banging of the door and the noise from the street.
