Liked: Convenient for the Camino and Time Out Square made it a good location

Disliked: A little bit complicated to open the outer door and bedroom door. If there was milk we could have made tea and coffee

Liked: I did like the central location. Walking distance to tourist attractions and central stations

Disliked: We struggled a lot to open the door of our room. Not clear instruction of how to get the pad to write the code. Once we managed to get the pad it kept saying unauthorised action. The room had a damp smell The bathroom was too small, very unconfortable Not having the possibility of talking to someone at reception, all digitised is not enjoyable for me, the human touch is important.
