  Fantastic stay in beautiful Porto

  Liked: Great apartment with all the necessities. The location was perfect. I could easily walk to many of the attractions.

  Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like but would suggest adding a full length mirror in the bedroom.

  Frustrating beginning but lovely stay in the end

  Liked: The Location was great, the lady who ran the restaurant was incredibly helpful. The room was lovely.

  Disliked: We weren’t sent any information about how to check in or access the property and so spent an annoying hour trying to call Booking.com numbers that didn’t pick up

  Excellent serviced apartment in an interesting area of Porto

  Liked: The staff at the restaurant who manage the apartments were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was ideal with two bedrooms, each with an adjacent bathroom, generous living space and a spacious private terrace with table and chairs. We liked the location, a bit off the main tourist trail, but with an excellent supermarket, a bakery and lots of very good restaurants and bars nearby. It is easy to walk down to the Ribeira area, and there are buses back up the hill if you don't fancy the climb.

  Disliked: The upper bedroom could be quite warm and stuffy - we kept the doors to the terrace open as much as possible to air the apartment (although there is air conditioning for those who prefer that). Not enough teaspoons!

  Really great apartment in a good location

  Liked: Location really good. Huge apartment with everything we need. Good beakfast we could have on our terrace

  Disliked: No instructions via email beforehand for entering location and difficult to leave bags prior to check-in. A really nice cleaner helped us. Offered a complimentary drink, which we ordered but they never materialised

  Great apartment, central location, ideal to visit Porto

  Liked: Apartment is very nice with central location and car park.

  Disliked: Apartment was near a supermarket so quite noisy during deliveries of goods particularly late at night.
