  Muy recomendable, excelente ubicación

  Liked: La ubicación es perfecta. No estás en el centro pero se llega fácilmente sin cuestas. Éramos cuatro adultos y una niña y estuvimos muy cómodos, a pesar de no contar con un salon muy grande. Tener dos baños facilita todo. El aparmento contaba con todo lo necesario y era en la planta baja. Ni bien entras tiene una escalera para arriba y otra para abajo, pero no es un problema. Por el.parking, a la vuelta hay una calle tipo boulevard en donde se puede aparcar perfectamente y gratis en fin de semana. También nos ofrecieron unos descuentos en un parking cerca. La atención de Regina y Jorge, siempre atentos, fue excepcional. Muy pendientes de nuestra llegada y nos explicaron qué hacer en Porto. Muy recomendable.

  It was Ok but wouldn’t rent it again!

  Liked: Comfortable and close to the Metro.

  Disliked: The apartment had a bad musty smell. It lacked hanging and storage space which was an issue! No towel rails anywhere. No room to store suitcases! Kitchen extremely small and had limited accessories eg. no tea towels, no Breadboard or bread knives. Limited glassware etc.

  All in all the apartment worked for us and host was very helpful

  Liked: Pretty good location, walkable to center and tourist attractions. Host was very responsive - we had issue with shower heads, he sent in maintenance person next day to fix. A/C was working fine Easy access- on 1st floor. We liked a little outside patio. However there’s no view and when it’s raining, water standing for a while. The linens were clean, beds and pillows comfortable.

  Disliked: Bedroom on second level is open. There is no privacy. Bathrooms need some attention, saw mold build up. Not bad but there. Some Kitchen appliances need replacement.

  Nice accomodation close to historic center of the town

  Liked: Good location close to underground station and at the border of historic center. Very kind owner who explained all about Porto, even when we arrived after midnight. Architectonic solution also interesting, a maisonnette with a french window into the patio instead of classical windows.

  Disliked: A little bit wet in the middle room
