  Amazing accommodation in an excellent location

  Liked: The property is in an excellent location and everything is within walking distance. This includes restaurants and attractions. Breakfast is delivered to your door at 8:30 each morning and it includes fresh, local produce of breads, pastries, fruits, yogurts, juices etc. The pool and the area around the pool are well maintained and a great spot for a dip or to relax after a busy morning sightseeing. We also arrived really late to the property but the instructions on how to enter were faultless and easy to follow. We also loved the personal touches of the handwritten postcard and the wine on arrival.

  Liked: Little box of goodies when we arrived, loved the port. What an amazing room with such a spectacular view from the 2nd floor. The view was breathtaking overlooking the Porto river and city views. The staff were so friendly, so accommodating and a wealth of knowledge on what to see and do. The hotel was again exceptional and so well located and close to sights to see and great restaurants nearby. Please, I would highly recommend the exceptional location and service and would choose this place again to stay when next in Porto. Thank you

  Amazing location

  Liked: The staff were amazing, the location was outstanding, and the facilities were everything one could ask for.

  Disliked: My partner did have a complaint about the bed being too firm, though that is a matter of personal preference. I would suggest that the garden overlooked by the terrace at my apartment could have been landscaped to make it more inviting; however, we did not spend much time in the apartment, so it remains a minor complaint.

  Fantastic apartment with stunning views in a great location

  Liked: The appartment was very spacious and well laid out. There was lots of storage and a well-equiped kitchen. The view over the river was spectacular, and well worth paying the extra for. The staff were very friendly and helpful with lots of suggestions for places to eat and drink. The pool and patio was a nice feature and I wish I'd made more use of the area during our stay.

  Disliked: It's a shame that the bar isn't open (to non-diners) after 7pm. It would have been nice to be able to come back to the hotel and enjoy a relaxed drink with other guests in the evening.
