  Really nice hotel, nice staff and facilities

  Liked: The room was really nice, very comfortable beds, window opened slightly Breakfast was great, really nice large selection We took the Aqua Sensations spa and it was lovely Reception staff were great

  Disliked: There was too much chlorine in the spa and a few bits were out of order Be good if you could use the pool for free as a guest

  Liked: The hotel & restaurant was excellent. Staff good. Food outstanding. Did have a concern at check in with our room. Our 2 hand towels had major stains of make up on them. Not a 5 star hotel rating if they don't check their towels. Also their bathrobes were very rough texture. I did take the towels to the front desk, where a lovely lady took a photo & said it would be addressed to housekeeping. I heard no more. Definatly worth the stay.

  Disliked: Housekeeping needs to be more diligent checking their towels before they are put in rooms.

  Perfect

  Liked: The 24/7 lobby bar and the quiet rooms

  Disliked: Although there were 3 elevators they were really slow, waiting time for the elevator during breakfast could take 5 to 10 min

  I am not planning to comeback

  Disliked: a hotel that hasn't been renovated in a long time, a high-rise building, and at the same time there aren't enough elevators

  For a 5star hotel. They could delivery more

  Liked: Location is amazing. The room service staff are kind and the cleanness of the room are commendable as well the break feast team, always with small and very polite.

  Disliked: Hotel provide limited 2 0.5l bottles of water for a suite for a family with 4 members. Parking is only free from 7pm to 9am beyond this time you will have to pay per hour. Very poor covering wifi.

  Lovely, already thinking of returning

  Liked: Excellent room, great view and amazing staff. Loved the breakfast, lots of healthy snack options as well.

  Disliked: Kettle wasnt working properly, a bit dusty.

Please note that guests are required to wear a swimming cap when entering the swimming pools. The Health Club and Porto Palácio Spa may have schedule changes or close in festive seasons like Christmas, New Year, Carnival, and Easter. SPA access is not included on the rates. Please contact the property directly for more details.
