  Lovely city, lovely people, great hotel!

  Liked: Hotel was perfect location for the riverside which was full of bars and restaurants - great atmosphere and not intimidating. Hotel itself was a block up from hotel so calmer, although on a busy road with a taxi rank right outside which was really useful. Hotel staff really friendly and helpful. We walked across to the other side of the river to Gaia and took the water taxi back.

  Disliked: A kettle salesman would make a killing but that is an English thing! Nothing negative to say really.

  The staff and the rooms were very nice. Breakfast was great

  Liked: Everything was great, except that the AC was broken during our one night there. Luckily the window opened at night cooled the room to a comfortable temperature.
