  Liked: Amazing hotel! The pool was absolutely fabulous and the hotel felt very luxurious.

  Disliked: It was about a 20 min walk to the main area of the city and the area didn’t feel very safe to walk through at night, wouldn’t be ideal for a solo traveller

  Disliked: That the hotel allows groups too invade pool area being very noisy and ourselves and other guests had to leave the area, hotel should not allow food or drinks in pool area and maybe consider not allowing large groups ie hen nights or stag weekends.

  Excellent Porto hotel

  Liked: Friendly, efficient staff. Great location within walking distance of the city centre. Beautifully decorated, clean hotel. Loved the rooftop bar - were given a drinks voucher on check in so used this at the rooftop bar which has plenty of seating and great views of the city. Pool looks fab too, although we did not use it. Highly recommend this hotel.

  A wonderful hotel with superb facilities

  Liked: Staff were helpful and accommodating. Facilities are great. The room on the original side of the hotel was spacious and had everything we needed. The club sandwich and fries were top notch!

  Disliked: We had two stays with a gap in the middle. After cleaning, we often weren’t left with replenished water/tea/coffee.
