  For the price it was acceptable, but not something I would repeat

  Liked: The location was good and the size of the room was good too.

  Disliked: The cleanliness was horrible. The lock on the door did not work, and also to insert the key was very difficult. The bathroom had no paper holder The towel heater was fully rusted

  Dirty, poorly maintained apartment that is not worth the price

  Liked: The residential complex itself is fairly new and pleasant, with a spacious, well-kept outdoor area around the building. The bed linen was clean, and the mattress was really good and comfortable, so at least we slept well. The host also provided a parking space for our car, which was very helpful - many thanks for that.

  Disliked: The apartment was very dirty and genuinely uncomfortable to stay in. There were cobwebs in the corners and old dried-up dead spiders, so it clearly hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. The bathroom is in poor condition: the towel rail is rusty, the shower head is peeling, the shower curtain is moldy and partly torn off. In the kitchen, one ceiling bulb barely worked and the other didn't work at all. For the price we paid, I would expect the owners to invest at least a little in basic maintenance and plumbing. There was also no welcome information at all: no guide to local sights in Porto and nothing about the basic things guests need for a comfortable stay. It honestly feels like the guests' comfort is not a priority here.

  Liked: Location is very good

  Disliked: On the bath have no floor towel or floor rug bath and toilet paper for whole days.

  Sub standard room in a nice area

  Disliked: The entire room had a strange smell and was very humid and too hot. It felt like being the the sewers. Also, there were cracks in the wall and the toilet was broken. All in all I can't recommend this place
