Liked: Very close to the center

Disliked: Unfortunately, the room wasn't very clean. There was a musty smell, the sink countertop was swollen from water damage, the grout was blackened, and several fixtures were broken, including the toilet paper holder and soap dispenser. Overall, it was quite disappointing.

Liked: The location was great. The staff were super nice and helpful. The facilities in the room were great too.

Disliked: There wasn’t enough light in the room, and it was pretty hot inside the room even though it was “winter” I wish it was our choice to choose the temperature and not to set it to minimum 21c based on the hotel choice. Also I wish we had a mini fridge in the room, but they helped us with some goods we bought and needed fridge for them.

The location is excellent for exploring Porto, the main attractions within easy walking distance

Liked: Breakfast was excellent—a great way to fuel up before a day of exploring the city on foot.

Disliked: I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the regular towel changes, and the replenishment of toiletries.

The room was comfortable and suitable for a short stay, and the overall experience was positive. A good option for anyone looking for convenient accommodation in the city centre.

Disliked: The breakfast room was very crowded.
