  Great staff and activities, but the cleaning staff were the only downside

  Liked: The staff were great, and I really appreciated the variety of activities and freebies offered by the hostel. The overall atmosphere was excellent.

  Disliked: The women responsible for cleaning the rooms and kitchen were rude and inconsiderate. Instead of simply cleaning the rooms and leaving, they would stay inside, talking loudly, laughing, and behaving as if they were in their own home. They interrupted my sleep several times, especially since I prefer to go to bed late and wake up late. In the kitchen, they would stare at guests and make unpleasant facial expressions whenever someone used the facilities while they were cleaning, making you feel unwelcome, almost as if they were the ones paying for your stay rather than you. This was the only negative aspect of an otherwise great hostel experience.

  Good place to stay for one night. They have free breakfast but you need to come early otherwise te food mostly gone

  Liked: Inside the train station, very strategic…close to metro and point of interests.

  Disliked: For the price, we still have to pay to rent a towel.

  Worth it for the location!

  Liked: The location, the staff, that it was clean and tidy

  Disliked: The windows let it in a lot of air even when being closed so it was both very loud from the street + super cold in the room

  Really good value for money and somewhere safe to stay and store belongings

  Liked: Location was amazing. Right in the heart of Porto, in the beautiful Saõ Bento station. Beds were very comfortable, big rooms with storage lockers big enough to fit suitcase. Showers and toilets were always clean and had good amenities such as a Dyson hair dryer.

  Disliked: There was no real age limit. Children as young as 6 running around all the way up to people the age of at least 70! Can be uncomfortable at times. Also the very top bunk is very very high.
