  We paid two nights then left after one!

  Liked: At least it was clean.

  Disliked: Ridiculous price for what is was. Surrounded by very busy roads, really noisy all night, in a horrible setting (the locale was just busy roads, 'B&Q', Burger King. At a budget 75 euro a night, maybe. At a fraction under 200 euro, a rip-off.

  City centre oasis!

  Liked: What an oasis in the middle of a city setting! You would not know the place existed! Very nice pool & wonderful chatting with the parrots! Helpful host.

  Disliked: This is city centre, so the noise was intrusive around the pool area, but acceptable in our cabin.

  A very pleasant set of bungalows, a charming hostess, a good swimming pool and local cafes

  Liked: The gardens were beautiful, the swimming pool was very good, and the TV worked well. Julia was very friendly and helpful, and responded to requests promptly. The dining table was large, and the outdoor chairs well positioned.

  Disliked: As an amputee I needed a stool to use the shower. The one that was provided was too small to fit in the shower enclosure. However, the hot water supply was excellent, and I managed to clean myself each morning.

  Wonderful hospitality in a tranquil location

  Liked: Julia and Francesco were great hosts. They helped find a mechanic to look at my car, they ordered Ubers for us to go into and return from Porto. The log cabin was great, though my daughter loved the swimming pool even more. With the miniature dogs, birds and cats this was an oasis of calm on the southern outskirts of Porto. Aldi, Burger King and Macdonald's were within easy walking distance and parking was free outside. The kitchen and fridge allowed us to do some of our own cooking. Once the car was returned (unsuccessful repair to air conditioning unfortunately), we were free to roam. The beach was less than 10 minutes drive where the sunset was awesome. It was a 10 minute drive to Ponte Luis I and I was fortunate to find free on street parking in the vicinity. The place has a wonderful vibe in the evening so don't miss out. On my return I was fortunate to spend some time with Francesco in his bar sampling some tasty Porto wine. It would have been all too easy to stay here for much longer such was the location, facilities and wonderful hospitality. Comes highly recommended. Until next time Julia and Francesco

  Disliked: The only minor criticism I could make is that there was not an obvious front entrance to this place, so I ended up calling them. In less than a minute they were at the gate welcoming us in.
