Exceptional
Liked: Good location. Cute little rooms. Very nice breakfast.
Disliked: Checkin was stressful. Email with information was sent while we traveled so when we arrived we had no wifi to get the information needed to get in. Lucky for us the cleaning staff answered the door and helped us. Many people arrived after us in the next few days and could not get in. Stressed alot of people out.
Space works for a short stay
Liked: Location was convenient. Close enough to various attractions and food but far enough from any night time noise.
Disliked: Can hear your neighbours walk along the corridor, very tight space, no toilet paper holder.
Liked: It was a very central location in Sintra. The breakfast was very delicious with lots of options. The staff were friendly and gave us good information about how to get to places
It’s absolutely an adorable place with a fantastic hostess, but unfortunately it smells like mold
Liked: This place is adorable! But the really nice thing about it was the hostess! She was very friendly, informative and welcoming. I’m an older woman traveling alone and felt very safe at this accommodation.
Disliked: Everything was wonderful but there was a moldy smell in my room that ruined it for me. I’m allergic to mold so it was unpleasant for me. I didn’t even realize that it was that strong until I got to my next destination and my clothes smelled like mold! It also got into my cpap hose and mask, making it uncomfortable for me. I feel terrible posting this review because it was really a charming place, but people who are allergic have to be aware. I was in room 2.

Liked: Pros: -extremely clean -rooms are nice -staff are attentive and helpful
Disliked: Cons: -room is tiny -nothing else
Liked: Staff were really nice. The bedsheets were great and I loved that the room had an air purifier. The little gardens are lovely and the trust bar is a great addition.
Disliked: It was quite a long walk to get to the old town and there isn't a lot to do in the area. Although it place was clean it was not spotless. The rooms are incredibly small and I couldn't properly open my suitcase.
