    Choose a different place if it is cold outside

    Liked: Room was big enough, central location close to everything worth visiting.

    Disliked: First there was no heating in the room which is very uncomfortable when it’s 12 degrees outside. It was freezing in the rooms. Not only mine but also the ones of my colleagues who were staying there. We were told they are not allowed to turn the heating on. By who? We never found out. Second the breakfast was a joke, not only that you could only choose between toasted bread or cake, there was only one person responsible for making coffee, toasting bread and serving the guests.

    Disliked: The internet was frustrating. Using the web to get onto it seemed to complicated the process. Then the internet didn’t stay connected.

    Liked: The location was great and the bartender was super accommodating.

    Disliked: Your WI-FI sucks (Couldn't connect), you have NO pilgrim stamp? (Are you crazy? You're on the Camino!!!) The front desk girl checked me in fine but did not smile. She was there overnight so I know why she was not happy. You should have some snacks for hungry pilgrims. Have you done market research to see how many pilgrims stay at your hotel per year?
