Adequate comfortable stay 10 mins away from Aviles centre

Liked: Easy check in. Very comfortable beds. Good WiFi. Convenient to have underground garage.

Disliked: Some areas seem a bit outdated. Garage access bit tight. Okay for smaller vehicles.

Liked: Location in Aviles was good and the size of the room and bathroom was big for two people.

Disliked: Overall experience is not what we expected for a 4 star hotel, maybe closer to a 3 star hotel experience. I personally think that the design and status of the hotel, facilities (i.e. gym), bedrooms and bathrooms are quite old fashioned and could use some improvement to claim to be a 4 star hotel. We had some unclear black stains around the windows in our room, and the bathroom cleanliness could be improved. Staff even if helpful, was not as friendly as I have experienced in other hotels of the same category.

Liked: Wide choice of breakfast, hot and cold, fresh items. Reception staff available at all times for check in. Helpful and friendly staff. Fridge and safe in room.

Disliked: Room right outside the lift could have been noisy but other guests were respectfully quiet at night. Shower in a bath was a bit slippery when getting in and out. Some decor needed upholstering.
