  We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back because we have family in Aviles so we go quite often

  Liked: I really liked that it was so central places and that it had kitchen with cooking facilities. And I liked that it was really big. I also think it was nice that you could check out at 12.00 o clock and not at 10.00 or 11.00 as it mostly is.

  Disliked: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

  Great location to visit Aviles

  Liked: Location, comfortable bed, free upgrade, view to the park

  Disliked: Remote access set up. Given the accommodation type and the price I would have expected physical reception at least during the day. We stayed at a 5 star hotel in Aviles too and paid the same per night with all services. 60 euro charge for not leaving the kitchen area clean

  Nice prentation, but bad sleep with old plumbing

  Liked: Amazing location.

  Disliked: In the middle of the night while sleeping we were waked up by some plumbing noise where a siphon opened up and started smelling real bad, though after opening all faucets for a while it subsided.. Later we woke up with another sound of a dripping faucet to the metal sink, which we quelled by using a towel.

  Good location but a bit tatty

  Liked: First the positives. The location was great, right in the old part of town. The bed was super comfy.

  Disliked: The check in process in the end was straightforward enough but upon receiving lengthy messages to be able to check in, and based on a previous experience where it took us half a hour to check 4 people into a hotel, I enquired if there was another way other than the automated check in method. I was walking the Camino and didn't have time to be fiddling with a phone check in. I received a curt message back saying they had taken payment and if I wished to cancel then I would lose my money. The room itself was a bit tired and tatty with the shower doors hanging off and which didn't close properly. It also appeared to be set up specifically for just one person arriving. For example there was just one bedside lamp on one side of the bed and the shower gel bottle was a third full. Of course I'm not going to use a full bottle of shower gel with just the one shower but it just seemed a bit petty and stingy. Maybe I'm too old but I'm not a fan of these wholly automated accommodations where you never get to deal with a real person, especially in the North of Spain where everyone is so friendly. Give me a family run hotel with real people every time.
