Guest reviews
Very good
Quite stay yet close to Aviles (by car)
Liked: Just there for one night so no use of Spa. Rooms and bathroom spacy. Very good breakfast, friendly and supportive stuff. Parking available.
Liked: Beautiful facility
Disliked: Staff not very helpful
Too much money for what you get
Liked: Excellent location, easy to reach by car. Plenty of car parking space.
Disliked: We were assigned a room for handicapped which is same by size, but with less comfort. No bath, desk, seat,..... No compensation nor apologies offered by URH. Hotel has a worn out feel, must have been really nice when it opened but now a refurb is needed. Grumpy kitchen staff.
very good place to relax
Liked: room facilities and some amenities balcony view and size breakfast quality and quantity calm location for relaxation internet connection is fast and reliable
Disliked: bathroom needs more maintenance noticeable wear on the glasses and wall details drainage with serious problems parking garage should be provided for free
A very pleasant stay but a few aspects can be improved
Liked: The staff at the reception desk was helpful on the whole. The bteakfast was absolutely excellent.
Disliked: it is really surprising that in a hotel with spa we got a negative answer when we asked for slippers to use in our rooms.
