  Liked: Beautiful stay in the hotel and the best staff really accommodating we just had an issue with booking.com and took weeks to resolve, I would really recommend this hotel it's well located and staff are really nice. It cost me over 100 euro in phone calls from Ireland to resolve the whole thing and at the end of the day I fecked up but they couldn't give me a straight answer for weeks eventually I spoke to someone who I could understand, it's not putting me off from booking with booking.com but I'll be more careful next time. Great location you won't be disappointed. Enjoy the hotel and the staff are really lovely.

  Disliked: We booked a family room expecting bunk beds for our two children and a comfortable arrangement for two adults. Instead, we were given a sofa bed, which was not what we expected based on our booking. We were assigned a family corner room and there was no Wi-Fi connection. This experience has been very disappointing as we expected better service and accommodation for our family.

  Excellent value for money

  Liked: Excellent location, clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and it was fantastic value for money.

  Disliked: The shower in our room was a handheld version where you had to get the pressure just right to avoid it drooping or spraying water at the ceiling. I had the same room 3 years ago and had the very same problem. Time to fix?

  Very poor but I suppose you get what you pay for

  Disliked: The service didn't exist. We travelled all day and arrived only to be met by the reception staff change at 3pm, so was kept waiting about 15 minutes while the desk was handed over. 3pm is also the earliest check in time so some there is a completely obvious lesson to be learned there.. The stupidity of this shift change time astonished us. We won't be going back, ever

  Very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend

  Liked: The property is in a great location. The staff are very friendly helpful and professional. Good selection for breakfast and good quality. The property inside and out is immaculately cleaned. The rooms are large and airy, with large comfortable beds and pillows. Large washroom with a powerful shower. The rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels provided every day. The free WiFi is also very good. The pool area is big enough to accommodate and is well maintained. The pool bar is an added bonus with a good selection of bar food and drinks which are reasonably priced.

  Disliked: The rooms are slightly dated which may be an issue for some people but wasn’t a problem for us. Minor complaint that there wasn’t enough coat hangers, if we had asked for more I’m sure they would have been provided.

Conditions on dogs:

• The cost of accommodation for your dog per night is €25. (30€ from 15th June to 15th September).

• The hotel allows dogs weighing up to 10 kg on request, subject to an additional charge.

• Your pet's accommodation does not include a bed, feeder and drinker.

• Pets are not allowed in the food and drink and wellness (swimming pool) areas.

• In permitted common areas, dogs must be kept in a carrier.

• Only dogs allowed.

A maximum of one dog per room. If the guest does not give advance notice, they will be charged a supplement of 5€.

A welcome kit is included in your room with the following items if you arrived with a pet:

•1 1000 ml eco-friendly water bowl.

•1 750 ml eco-friendly food bowl.

•15 biodegradable bags.

•1 bag dispenser.

•1 bag of healthy snacks.

•1 play ball.

Upon arrival at reception, we will request your credit card number as a guarantee for your reservation. This information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with all current data protection regulations.

Please note that during high season, we offer paid parking a 5-minute walk away.

Rooms are equipped with three single beds or one double bed and one single bed, subject to availability on arrival.

A deposit may be required at the property.
