Very good
Out dated rooms but great staff
Liked: The staff are the highlight! From cleaners and table clearers to management and entertainers. Everyone was 1st rate and made staying there a pleasure. The dining room is modern and pleasant and no rushed atmosphere and the range of dishes is wide with the hot plate freshly cooked option being good. The pool is not overly large, in shade by early afternoon but at a quieter time is sufficient. Garden location is pleasant and convenient to the beech and this area of Torreblanca is both quiet and recently updated with good chiringuitos.
Disliked: The rooms are so out dated and poorly furnished and old as are the corridors and lifts! Had not expected a 6 year old child to be roomed on the seventh floor which with -1 and -2 floors equates to 9th floor. The balconies are quite small. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were very basic quality leading to neck aches and the choice of light blankets whilst welcome, not enough were supplied. Although not fully inclusive had not expect to be barred from tea and coffee and chilled water machine! Life guards leave pool unattended for long periods of time. No gym or fitness room. No spa or massage facilities. Bar prices for brand spirits is expensive. The meals particulary dinner have very small protein rationing sizes and serve tilapia fish. Unheard of serving such a poor fish. Seldom any fish alternative to this and prawns where never served. Tomatoes also disappeared from the food selection for several days. Green vegetable in short supply and when offered completely cooked to mush! Never a selection of dried fruits at breakfasts and the paellas were a disgrace to Valencia, often burnt and virtually no recognisable protein in them.
Liked: That it was on the beach,clean and friendly staff.
Disliked: That the room needed updating and a hairdryer.

Liked: Good location but a little too far from the railway station. However there’s a good bus service from opposite the hotel to take you into town. Hotel overall was good with friendly and helpful staff

Perfect Summer Holiday
Liked: Just returned from an 8 night stay at this hotel and honestly did not want to leave! We joined family members who had been the previous year and it lived up to everything they'd told us. Location is great, seconds from the beach, bus stops right outside should you wish to venture out and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby should you need them. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean - maid service came in daily to make beds and change towels - good size balcony with an amazing unobstructed sea view. As a group of 8 we were worried about finding sunbeds and seats in the dining room to accommodate us but never had a problem. The food leaves a little to be desired. Lack of variety and there are some issues with the food being cold at times but overall I would say it's ok. Now for the biggest positive of this hotel, the animation team! Lola, George & Dani are amazing, my nephews (aged 6 & 10) had raved about them from the previous year and they definitely lived up to the hype and then some. My daily Aqua Gym activity was so much fun and the amount of activities on offer for all ages is rare for a hotel of this size, I'm not quite sure how they do it! And I must say, the Cabaret nights they put on are the highlight of the evening entertainment. Having the read the previous reviews I can understand why this place wouldn't be for everyone but for me and our party it was a perfect summer holiday!
