  Basic but overall good

Liked: Great location, basic room just what I needed. No AC but good fan so didn’t bother me. I liked the small balcony in my room to sit out on in mornings and evenings. Nice residential area with good walking distance to all my usual places. I asked for a fresh towel after 3 days and was given once asked.

Disliked: I was quite disappointed after finding a large amount of mold in my room that was hidden behind the desk by a fabric cover up piece. I did inform Alberto and asked could it be cleaned. He did let me know I could stay in another room which happened to be a lot smaller and I did not wish to move all of my things after 4 days there as I was leaving soon and the other room did not have the balcony I was enjoying sitting out on. I also thought it was unfair as I expected to stay in the room I paid in and for it to be clean. I didn’t receive any replies from Alberto after the first which was disappointing as the mold remains hidden for future guests and puts those with Athsma etc like myself at risk. This should be cleaned and addressed by Alberto and not continue to be ignored. Communication could have been better.

Liked: Quiet area.. quiet surroundings, accessible and shared kitchen kept clean and very polite host Alberto, very helpful and a friendly guy.

Disliked: Bit noisy on couple of nights through no fault of the host Alberto. Two drunken residents banging doors and left the bathroom in a mess. Hope they get barred from staying then it doesn't happen again it went on til morning.
