Disliked: No aircon, handing in my key every time I left the hotel and one of the reception staff tried to give me s ok meone else's room key.

Great location but hotel needs some maintenance
Liked: The location is the best thing about this hotel, 24 hour reception and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The room was stiflingly hot. I assume the air con had been switched off because it was October but temperatures had been high for months with high humidity. I did not sleep at all, even after I went out and bought a fan. There was no signal on the TV but they did fix that. The bath had no grab rails or non slip mat, I struggled to get in and out. The water pressure was high but the shower head needed a de-cal and the button that switched from shower to bath would not stay up. Room was not cleaned daily. Nobody mentioned if there was a breakfast option, and I never saw anyone in the "dining" room. The photo used on Booking is hot a recent photo. This is a two star hotel and so I did not expect frills but the fact that it was too hot to sleep and it was difficult showering spoiled it for me.

Disliked: Noise for a couple of minutes every time I - and anyone in any other room - flushed their toilet.
Liked: Location is great. The hotel is located 10 mins away from the train and bus station, and also very close to the beach. 24 hour reception was great for us as we caught a late flight. The hotel also looked after our luggage after check in.
Disliked: The room looked and felt very basic. It's okay for 1-2 nights, but I wouldn't stay here for a full week.
