Liked: Great location, the staff were polite and helpful. Because of our mobility needs they accommodated us with room with a walk in shower. Have stayed here many years and will continue to use again.

Liked: The Stuff was very friendly helpful the cleaners like clean the room to the standard providing all the facilities we needed that was a good side of it
Disliked: What I didn’t like about the property we have a little two-year-old. She has her timing to eat the breakfast. She did not eat anything we had to like ask the Stuff a few times if he can take the food away and we were told no so we had to spend extra money outside of the hotel just to buy her breakfast just a bread of toast we were told multiple of times no we cannot take it. we had like a little lunchbox for her if we asked the only thing is we need a toast and two watermelon slices we kept saying no which was a very downfall and I think when it comes to kids under especially three that there might not be able to eat straight away and they should give the parents the facility as this is a second time coming into this property we love we love it but downfall is this part and staff was a very rude especially the kitchen one regarding this and I did not find appropriate because I felt like really embarrassed that I’m taking. I’m stealing the food which I paid for so this was a really downfall and I really want this to be considered and take into our accounts because I would love to return back with my family and something that Stuff needs to consider
