Liked: Location was great Hotel was lovely Room was beautiful
Disliked: Food. Dont bother with dinner. Arrived for dinner at 8pm and hardly any choices, pasta was cold and dried up. Chicken dish I found raw chicken. Spoke to waiter who spoke to chef and nothing was done about it. I reported it to reception and they said they would speak to kitchen. Did not eat there again, so this is based on 1 night only. Breakfast was sufficient, not great but it was ok. The only issue with the room would be the bottom of bathroom door, it looked like it had been damp previously. Didnt make any difference to how it worked or my stay. The room was beautiful as was the bathroom, just seemed a shame not fixing it in comparison to the room.
Disliked: they charged me 30 EUR extra for an upgrade but gave a room where the water would come out of the bathroom to the room every time we used it. it was a pathetic experience. also the Wifi reception in the room was very frustrating and they did not fix it even after multiple requests.
Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: Everything was fine except for morning that we had breakfast, dining room understaffed, toaster not working properly, awful display of fruit (hard). Cooked breakfast cold. I would not recommend anyone to have breakfast in hotel.
Very close to everything
Liked: The close proximity the all the amenities - 2 mins walk from the train station, opposite beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants and 20 mins walk to Fuengirola.
