Liked: Location very convenient for our needs ie beach, shops, travel.
Disliked: Not your fault, building works a bit noisy in morning.
Liked: Excellent and fast response to any maintenance issues. Location is very central to the town of Los Boliches and very close to the train station.
Disliked: Nothing.
Liked: It was very close to all shops bars restaurants and the beach It was very clean

Liked: Location was great, very close to beach, bars and restaurants and mini market. Apartment very clean and spacious.
Disliked: Advertised as having a balcony but please note it is a juliette balcony for aesthetic reasons and therefore not functional as an outdoor space. If you're not worried about a balcony then this apartment is perfect.
No air conditioning in the bedroom spoiled an otherwise great apartment
Liked: The location was great and the included equipment was exhaustive.
Disliked: There is no air conditioning in the bedroom, just a fan. The bedroom is absolutely boiling and humid and even with the door to the air conditioned living area open, it doesn’t cool down. This was really disappointing as we chose this apartment because it said it has air conditioning. But it doesn’t have it in the MOST important room to have it. We wouldn’t stay here again as a result. 7 nights of poor sleep and the sofa bed is too uncomfortable to sleep on. If the bedroom were air conditioned it would be a 9+ apartment
