  Enjoyed area hut would never stay here or use Hosticasa again!!!! Thieves and demanding money back

  Disliked: Trying to charge is £175 for cleaning towels and linen!!! Disgusting behaviour considering towels and linens need to washed anyway.. they stating that sun oils were in bed linen in 30degree heat.. shower had no shower head at all! No light on balcony and sub zero basic accommodation …

  Disliked: process was too much! how many chats, emails and whatsapp are needed for a 4 night stay? ever since confirming i’ve been bombarded with communications, requests for anticipated payments and much much more, to the point that the literal only communication needed, check in info, got lost in the mix (also a hefty and detailed check in process which for 4 night i don’t think it’s necessary) and i had to struggle to find it and invest time in completing all the requested info while i was already arriving on the site. ease of use, ease of processes and piece of mind are part of the service you are providing, remember that. also would have appreciated a double set of keys and would have GREATLY appreciated a support for the shower head, which we were force to hold while showering. finally if you don’t have ac, at least give us a way to position the fan in a way that it can cool us throughout the night, we had to do it with a chair, but since the cord was very short, the fan could only sit on one of the two sides of the bed

  Liked: Location was great, 2 min walk to the beach

  Disliked: First thing we notice when we got in the door was the stench of cigarette smoke, it was everywhere, opened up the wardrobe doors and it also stank. The bed wasn't very comfortable and only one thin flat pillow There was no sea view as advertised

  Liked: On arriving everything was fine, apartment was clean and steady. Everything was as expected.

  Disliked: We stayed for 22 nights. The rental terms stated that towels and bed linen would be changed after 11 days. After 12 days we requested a new set. Requests and arguments – had to be repeated over the next 7 days. We felt that this was a desire not to comply with the rental terms. After 18 days we at least received new bed linen and towels, and an apology from the landlord. Apart from the problems with towels and linen we enjoyed the stay in the apartment. This means that what could have given a positive and good score became something else.

  Lovely central flat in Arguineguin

  Liked: We've found this apartment to be well-kept and thoughtfully maintained. Situated right in the heart of the town, the location couldn't be more convenient- you're just steps away from shops, cafes, public transport. That said, its centrality comes with a little trade off: the evenings can get noisy as city sounds filter through. If you are sensitive to nighttime activity, a few ear plugs might be needed.

  Disliked: Our stay was enjoyable, but one issue prevented me from giving a fully positive review: the Wi-Fi signal was very weak, maxing out at only 14 Mbps. It noticeably impacted basic tasks like video calling and streaming. This is easily and affordably fixable. Installing a simple Wi-Fi extender would significantly improve the connection by strengthening the signal throughout the flat. Such a minor upgrade would make a big difference to guest comfort and connectivity.
