Liked: We had a pleasant holiday. The room was fairly good. They cleaned the room and changed the towels as requested,. Food was diverse. Something for everyone and plenty. Very good service at the restaurant. Entertainment was very good.

Disliked: The room was outdated. You could see the wood in the bathroom door damaged and that wasn't very pleasant. When we arrived, there was not a lots of information given to us about the hotel in general. I found out about an app with all the information because I heard a person on the lift talking about it. Tooked me nearly an hour to sort out the temperature in the room. Was very humid and hot. I ended calling the reception and have the Maintenance person (who was very polite and helpful) to go setup the AC and change the filters.

Beautiful place, delicious food and helpful staff

Liked: We were welcomed by Nazareth's beautiful smile and great sense of humour during check-in; other staff were also very helpful and courteous. The food was delicious, diverse and sufficient. The hotel is very close to the beach and a bus station for public transport. It was mango season, so there were delicious mangoes at the snack bar and in the fruit section throughout our stay.

Disliked: The pool facility was always crowded.
