  Fantastic family holiday from start to finish, we’d happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone trav

  Liked: Brilliant family hotel with fantastic pools and loads going on for the kids. We stayed in a Master Suite which was huge, with two massive balconies and a hot tub. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job every day. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the online check-in made arrival really easy - we had our room key within a minute. The snack bar from 1pm was also excellent.

  Disliked: The only real downside was the location. It’s a little out of the way if you like to walk to restaurants or shops. There’s a SPAR just down the hill, but San Agustín is around a 20-30 minute walk. Taxis are cheap though (€4 locally and around €10 to Maspalomas), so it wasn’t a major issue. The buffet had plenty of choice but the quality could have been a little better, although that’s fairly standard for an all-inclusive buffet.
