  Disliked: A hotel with this standing should have serviceable facilities. A country as hot as Gran Canaria, a brand like Marriott and to not have functional aircon is poor at best. Very uncomfortable stay, hotel did nothing to rectify or notify the issue. The AC was broke for a number of days before we arrived.

  Very disappointing - would not recommend at all!

  Liked: Nothing!

  Disliked: The ACs were not working making it unberable to sleep. Rooms are in need of great attention and upgrade as nothing seems to be working. Some lights were not working, coffee machine, and even the shower drain had problems.
