  Liked: I was there for 6 weeks. Spotless room, ne'er a cockroach, floors wet-mopped daily, impeccably clean linen and towels, a cat's leap from the Las Canteras promenade, a well stocked supemarket nearby, and friendly receptionists. Great value.

  Disliked: Despite being a budget hotel, a sponge, some dishwashing detergent and a sponge cloth for wiping the kitchen bench, all costing pennies, would be nice to have upon arrival.

  Poor. There is definetely better choices

  Liked: 3 friendly stuffs and one very unfriendly. Reception is 24/7. Room cleaner did a great job.

  Disliked: Paid 80 Euros upgrade for getting a window. At the same time we got a smaller room with a mini shower worth to be used in a U-Boat! Offered a kitchen but the reality is a kitchen with no ventilation. Fotos on the website of Booking.com do not match the reality of the rooms. From 4 receptionists only one found the time to change us the room to another room with a normal sized shower but at the same time we lost the view to outside though windows. If i did not pay the upgrade from the beginning i would have got the same room i stayed for the last days. The upgrade was a cashgrab for the hotel.
