Very good place to stay in Gran Canaria

Liked: For our family was the best accomodation we found on Gran Canaria. The apartament is big and it accomodated 6 of us. There are 2 pools, one for kids and one for adults, cleaned every day. The administrator, Mirko, was very friendly and thanks God we didn't need his help. The parking spaces in front of the building are free and plenty. So I highly recommend Sydenbygg Arguineguin. For best experience you need a car.

  Disliked: All was good.

Stunning apartment in a good location to use as a base to explore the south and west of the island

Liked: We loved the apartment (C6), loads of space, great balcony area, pool was lovely, very clean and everything in the apartment was high spec and new. Kitchen had everything we needed, and showers were amazing. Beds were all comfy too. Always sunbeds available. Plenty of parking on the street just outside.

Disliked: The only improvements I'd suggest are to replace the pillows, some are very lumpy. Also to have soap in both bathrooms instead of just 1. And to not use lowest grade toilet paper - seems disappointing in such a lovely place to have minor details like this. But didn't take away from us loving this apartment. Also, location wise it's 10 mins up a hill from the shops and town, and many steps. We hired a car part way through though and was way better.

Liked: The location is good, but a bit of a walk to the beach or the center of town. Yet, everything is very accessible. It is clean and quiet and has a small pool.

Disliked: The bedrooms were a bit warm at night as the airconditioner didn't circulate the air in there properly.

Our 3 week stay was everything we could have hoped for as a family. Highly recommend

Liked: The apartment was spacious, clean, well maintained, modern and had everything you needed in the kitchen including microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine and lots of serving dishes etc. The area was peaceful and the complex very family friendly. Our children had a great time playing in the swimming pool. There are beautiful beaches 5 minutes drive away, as well as more local beaches if you want to walk to them. There are great supermarkets nearby. The host was fantastic and always replied quickly and politely.

Disliked: The only thing that is holding me back from giving this property a full star review is the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. There's only one AC unit in the lounge so the bedrooms are extremely warm at night time. The property provide fans in the bedrooms but in the summer heat they don't really keep you cool. Eveything else was absolutely perfect though.
