  Great stay and really close to the supermarkets and bars

  Liked: Great stay for a week! We stayed in October so it was less busy. Pool was lovely and clean and lots of sun loungers. The bar there for food and drinks was also fabulous! There’s a shop in the hotel which has lots of snacks and beach towels which I thought was great too. Breakfast was the same every day but still lots of options so we liked that too! Dinner at the Italian restaurant was incredible please try the tiramisu. we were able to check in early and were offered for our bags to stay at the hotel securely on our last day too which was very kind.

  Disliked: My only issue with this hotel was the housekeeping. We stayed for 7 nights and the room wasnt cleaned once, we had to ask the front desk twice for toilet roll. This is however partly our fault as the cleaners come once a day and we would put the do not disturb on if we were in the room sleeping however twice we left early before cleaning started and came back to no clean room. Towels changed every 3 days should be once a day, and bed cleaned once every 7 days should be once a day too in my opinion. We had the same towels and bedsheets for our entire stay! Not the end of the world but it would have been nice to have had these things- it was still a lovely stay and I would stay here again!

  Only Spanish languages

  Liked: Brilliant location. Helpful staff. Food all the time was amazing.

  Disliked: In the room was 2 single bed pushed together very uncomfortable for couple. In the hotel nobody speak different languages only Spanish including receptionist. ( only 1 young lady speak English). Not cleaning room properly. Swimming pool very limited time opening. Staff helpfully but sometimes annoying (not understood, not memory, not professional).

  Perfect place, ideal for a weekend
