  Liked: Very friendly staff.

  Disliked: The car park is a little bit far once you have luggage and you can’t stop in the front of the hotel to drop the luggage.

  Easygoing and relaxing

  Liked: The staff was really nice and very accommodating when our flight got canceled and we asked to extend our checkout time!

  Disliked: The breakfast wasn't really for me but that's a personal preference I guess.

  Liked: The location was great, perfect for sight seeing all the historic areas around. The second floor corner room was great, cool outside view of the Biblioteca Building outside the hotel.

  Liked: Great location in the old town of las Palmas. A parking garage is located just 50m from the hotel. The hotel is situated right next to lots of restaurants and the main shopping pedestrian zone.
