Relaxing and enjoyable break in a great hotel!

Liked: Clean and great proximity to everything! Roof top pool and spa facilities were amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

Disliked: No coffee in the room but not a major problem.

So good in so many ways, but sort out the small stuff

Liked: Fabulous buffet at breakfast, with Cava. Bit of a queue every day for the hot, freshly cooked egg/omelette section - the hotel should have more than one person as Chef there. Lovely pool but when the weather good, not enough beds for the amount of guest, ditto on the beach.

Disliked: I travelled with an 86 year old and arrived pre check-in (arrived 12 midday and rooms not ready till 3pm) and the staff said they would give us rooms next to each other and call as soon as the rooms were ready. They did neither. Small but very important. We only had 4 nights, so we will not visit the hotel again.
