Liked: Nice flat with walking distance to local town centre and few restaurants. Very clean, had number 4 on the ground floor and great outside space for breakfast or sun lounges on the rooftop. But also had some issues with dampness and needed aircon and dehumidifier switched on all the time. No extraxtor / ventilation in the bathroom or kitchen area contributed to that too. Great communication and even had some food for breakfast left by the host! Overall very pleasant and experience in the quiet secluded town, quick drive away from all key attractions like Las Palmas and Maspalomas.

  A delightful boutique hotel

Liked: This is a beautiful place to stay. The room was delightful with a luxury bathroom. Excellent advice from the owner on how to access the building sent by Whatsapp shortly before your arrival date. There are lots of goodies provided to snack on and drink. Excellent WIfi. If you're driving, be aware that you may not be able to park right next to Casa Verde.

  Night at Casa Verde

Liked: I spent one night at Casa Verde and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. There was sufficient outside space. The room was most comfortable and well stocked. The communication before my arrival was excellent as there was no reception. I look forward to returning.
