  Perfect for mountain walkers seeking isolation!

  Liked: Fantastic views and isolation perfect for mountain hikers wanting local base.

  Disliked: Basic accommodation with access to property a 30 min trek up a 1:2 access path (very steep and treacherous in wet). Living space is open to elements so cold at night and inclement weather conditions. Unit not suitable for young families. No running hot water to kitchen and very limited to bathroom. Cooking facilities very basic. Virtually no network connection, although limited wifi satellite installed during our stay for emergencies etc. Would benefit from some games,books etc for visitors when staying as access to local amenities 30 min drive - you have to bring everything with you. Would recommend full food shop undertaken prior to arrival as carrying items up access paths challenging and unsafe after twilight. Property in need on some additional basic maintenance.

  Liked: Lovely host, gave us lots of useful recommendations for the island in general, beautiful home that is decorated with lots of care, highly recommend staying here!! You don’t have any data or wifi, but it’s a great place to go for hikes and be away from your phone.

  Liked: I absolutely loved coming here. It is a typical cave-house, and it is beautiful. The garden, the quiet, the view, the silence, the walks, the owner, his charming father, the care they put into making sure you are comfortable. But it's even more than that: this is one of those special bookings. It is a unique site which you will not forget. Whether you go with either your friend, your life partner or your family, sitting on the patio to look at the sunset, or going for an easy or short hike in the amazing hills around you will be part of your life memories. I am so glad we decided to book this unique site! Make sure to pack warm clothing.

  Peaceful house in nature

  Liked: The view and peacefulness were amazing. Also the host Pablo is an amazing and helpful guy.

  Disliked: The walk up to the house is pretty intense especially in the dark

  Great hiking location

  Liked: Perfect little house for hiking in the area. Great view from the terrace. Lovely garden with oranges. Very friendly and helpful host.

  Disliked: Living room and terrace could be cleaned better. However bedroom, toilet and so on was very clean (including the sheets and towels). Clean dish cloth and tea towel for the kitchen was missing. Wifi was only working for one person at a time for some reason.
